Estate & Fiduciary Vehicle Services · Massachusetts

Two separate services.
One phone call. Published flat fees.

When an estate includes a vehicle, the executor needs either a defensible valuation or a documented sale — rarely both, and never from the same conflicted party. We operate those as two independent lanes with published pricing, so the fee is known before the work starts and the file reads clean in a court accounting.

Why the lanes are separate

We never appraise and sell the same vehicle.

An appraiser who earns more when the car sells higher is not an independent appraiser. Under USPAP, that is a disclosable conflict. We eliminate it structurally rather than disclosing around it — the two services are run as separate engagements, and one vehicle takes one lane.

Lane One
Veride Appraisals
Independent valuation only. We are paid a flat fee for the report and have no financial interest in any subsequent sale of the vehicle.
Lane Two
PCAP Logistics
Extraction and liquidation only. The open auction market sets the price. We are paid a flat logistics fee regardless of what the vehicle brings.
Our fee never moves with the sale price. Not a percentage, not a commission, not a bonus on a strong result. That is what allows the executor to document an arm's-length outcome, and it is why we decline to run both lanes on the same vehicle without written informed consent from the fiduciary.

Family law matters where both parties need a valuation neither side commissioned alone.

Trust administration

Bank trust officers and corporate fiduciaries requiring turnkey disposition with an audit trail.

Property staging

SRES agents with a vehicle blocking a driveway on a listing that needs to go live.

Multi-vehicle collections requiring individual valuation, originality assessment, and staged disposition.

Out-of-state assets

Decedent held a winter residence in Florida or the Carolinas. Remote extraction and auction placement nationwide.
